齿轮领域：

• 齿轮，齿轮箱行业从业经验
• 齿轮箱结构设计经验
• 齿轮传动实验经验
• 齿轮传动系统的相关知识
• 模具，注塑成型技术
• 齿轮箱装配，自动化结合设计理念
• 具备一定的解决噪声及寿命问题的能力
• KissSoft或其他齿轮设计分析软件
• 塑料齿轮箱或小模数齿轮箱设计经验优先。
• 熟悉微型马达及控制电子方案者优先
• 其他领域：

• FMEA、DFA、DOE、8D等方法
• ProE, UG, AutoCAD
• 运动仿真
• 了解有限元FEA分析方式方法
• ISO9000或TS16949等流程
• 良好，准确沟通能力
• 团队合作能力
• MS-office
• 英语听说读写能力，书面沟通为主，项目与齿轮相关专业术语表达准确
