Responsibility

1 Set and achieve day-to-day objectives that have some impact on others within the job area.

在工作领域内，设定并达成日常性的工作目标，并对他人具有一些影响。

2 Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to others within the organization or external parties with common desire and shared interests to reach solution.

向组织内部和外部对问题的解决有共同愿望和利 益的相关人员解释事实、做法、政策。

3 Check and correct problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or process.Sometimes need to identify problems and update in own role without the benefit of defined

procedures.检查和修改在现有体系或流程中不明显的问题。某些情况下也需要在自己的职责内辨别问题、更新工作方法，但仅限于现有流程 规定的范围内而不涉及改动流程。

Problems and issues may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other disciplines and job areas.

负责处理困难的、模糊不清的的问题，需要进一步的分析和调查；问题的解决需要涉及对其它相关工作领域的了解和综合考量。

4 Analyze customer/system requirements，responsible for creating and maintaining related ports between BSW and feature, successfully integrate all SW modules, and quickly find any issue during integration.

分析客户和系统需求，负责创建和维护应用层和底层的接口，并能够完成软件模块的 集成，同时能够定位集成过程中发现的问题。

5 Regarding to project schedule and requirements, make integration test plan, construct integration documents. 根据项目的计划和需求，制定集成测试计划，编写集成相关的文档。

6 Responsible for creating and adapt SW version, releasing SW, and construct release note;Design automatic testing script regarding to test case, then adapt them regarding to different project requirements.

负责软件版本的创建，维护，释放，以及发布清单；能够根据测试案例编写自动化测试脚本以及运行和维护。

7 Discuss with internal /external customer about SW related specific solution for automotive electronics modules & system, including function implementation and system interface.

与外部/内部客户讨论软件相关的电子模块与系统的具体解决方案，包括功能实现以及系统接口。

8 Followed Hella software development process strictly and support process improvement activity in company.

严格遵守公司既定的软件开发流程，支持公司过程改进。

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above

本科或本科以上学历

3. EE, CS, Automation or related majors

电子工程，计算机科学，自动化或相关专业 Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Project

4. More than 2 years of related work experience
