根据公司战略要求，落实妇幼医务项目发展计划及方案，负责妇幼医务项目整体方案、合作医院体系搭建及维护、客户项目执行、消费者社群拉新等工作，对项目的最终投入产出效果负责。

职位描述:

1.根据公司战略要求，落实妇幼医务项目发展计划及方案，监督区域负责人执行项目铺设制度、流程、规划；

2. 全面负责项目日常铺设及运营、客户服务工作，以结果为导向完成合作医院搭建维护、客户项目执行、消费者社群拉新等工作；

3. 控制预算、费用及目标的合理性，对项目的最终投入产出效果负责；

4. 负责项目团队的培训、管理及考核等相关工作；  

5、主持或协助主持重要客户的业务谈判及协议签署。

职位要求：

  

1.  具有医疗或母婴行业的从业背景，5年以上相关工作经验，对母婴、医疗领域发展由深刻的理解

 

2、拥有妇幼保健医院、大健康类行业资源；

 

3、具备强执行拿结果的业务推进能力；

 

4、具备项目管理、成本核算、合同谈判等相关知识；

 

5、具备团队管理经验。
