Main Responsibilities:

1. Take care of the Material and Planning department including material and production planning, import & export and warehouse.

2. Lead team to work out monthly material plan based on customers’ demand and forecast and manage the change of material plan to be in line with demand change.

3. Lead team to manage purchasing orders of all direct and indirect materials to satisfy production plan and other corresponding requirements.

4. Lead team to establish production planning and controlling in the plant in order to fulfill the output targets at each station for both sample and mass production orders as defined.

5. Make long term capacity and material planning, foresee potential constraints and provide basis for making decision of new investment.

6. Seek for alternatives initiatively with involvement of ME/production department on the bottle neck processes in order to maximize the output/load.

7. Maintain data in ERP system to guarantee smooth running of the system and reduce operational difference.

8. To monitor the arrangements for forwarding the freight at the desired time in a cost-effective way and ensure import & export strictly implement the requirements of the national customs and eliminate the operation risks.  

9. Manage the inventory level to meet the goal of cash flow. Manage the logistics suppliers to meet the on-time delivery.

10. Identify potential constrain of capacity and material supply risk and make proposals to management team on cost reduction, inventory control, lead time reduction or new investment etc.

11. Preparing routine reports of OTD, Inventory & turns, past due etc.

    

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree.

2. 8+ years of working experiences, 5+years experiences in material/production planning, logistics etc.

3. Be proficient in ERP system.  

4. Familiar with planning of high-mixed, low-volume product.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Excellent English skills in speaking, writing and reading.
