Job Title: Senior Logistics Specialist (Project Zodiac)

We are looking for a Senior Logistics Specialist. In this role, uses logistics and project management knowledge to assist project Zodiac - logistics site movement in Shanghai and logistics site expansion in Hangzhou. This position will report to head of logistics in China directly. Roles & Responsibilities

  

  

• Support project Zodiac and follow up logistics site movement and expansion related tasks, ensure all logistics progress is on track. 10%

  支持Zodiac项目, 跟进物流搬家与扩建相关的任务，确保相关进展正常。

• Investigate current logistics process and system function and compare with Zodiac project target to find the gaps and propose potential solution. 10%

  调查现有的流程与Zodiac 项目目标进行比对，找出相关的差异并提出潜在的可行性解决方案。

• Organize and coordinate logistics and cross-functional teams to build and test new processes in Hangzhou and Shanghai (including stock transfer process between mutual sites, goods-in/out and export shipments once system upgraded) to ensure the business running smoothly after Zodiac finished. 30%

  组织协调物流和其他部门在杭州和上海建立和测试新的流程(包括:上海杭州物流之间的库存调拨流程，系统升级后的产品进/出以及出口流程)，确保Zodiac完成后业务的顺利运行。

              

• Use Kanban/dashboard, Gantt chart and other project management system to update the progress of logistics tasks on hand and demonstrate the achievement to logistics team weekly. 20%

  使用看板/仪表盘、甘特图以及其他项目管理体系，每周向物流团队更新相关项目任务进展并展现成果。

• Provide advice on future operation training program and work out an operator training and operation transition plan. 20%

  对未来的运营培训计划提供建议，制定人员培训和运营过渡计划。

• Attend the Zodiac weekly meeting and present related logistics task progress. 10%

  参加Zodiac周会议，介绍目前相关的任务进展。

            

  

About you

  

  

• Must have 5+ years related logistics working experience, such as life science company, cold chain product company and logistics company.

  至少5年以上相关工作经验，如：生命科学工作、冷链产品类公司和物流公司。

• Must have fundamental knowledge of project management tools and MS office software. Basic communication skills in English, speaking, reading and writing

  对于项目管理工具和MS软件有基本认知, 并且可以英文听说读写。

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  良好的人际关系和沟通技巧。

• Must be well organized, team player with positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

  具有团队精神, 积极的态度, 较强的执行力以及责任感。

• Bachelor and above degree, major in logistics, warehouse, supply chain or related areas is a plus.

  本科及以上，相关物流、仓库、供应链及相关专业优先。

• Have logistics sites movement or expansion working experience is a plus.

  参与过物流搬家和扩建相关项目者优先。

• Be familiar with Oracle or Manhattan system and if you participated in the launch of new system that will be a plus.

  熟悉Oracle或者Manhattan系统参加过新系统上线项目等优先。
