KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Follow up all aspects of the College’s marketing strategy and communication plans, including graphics collection, proof-reading, drafting and preparation of media content, and managing and monitoring the College’s media communication channels.
2. Help establish good relationships with the media, and manage the content of the College’s external communications.
3. Manage and monitor the College’s social media accounts, and ensure the timely implementation of the media communication plan through these channels.
4. Assist in the coordination and implementation of the College’s major events.
5. Coordinate co-marketing events and other cooperation with chambers and other organisations.
6. Help with admissions queries, school tours and admissions testing where required.
7. Maintain the positive and professional brand image of the College at all times.
8. Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
9. In addition to the normal duties the job post will be expected to carry out other such duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Director of Admissions and Marketing.
