职责描述：

a．根据市场供求分析及公司年度销售计划，负责展馆年度销售目标的制定，并分解目标分配到岗。

b．负责展馆渠道发展规划的制定，跟进执行情况并及时优化。

c．负责展馆老客户维护计划的制定，跟进执行情况并及时优化，完善客户信息档案，提高老客户推荐率。

d．负责展馆标准化接待流程等的设计与优化，建立日常检查机制，提升客户进店体验。

e．负责展馆商品备货、商品陈列组合，提高陈列商品的平效。

f．优化销售组合，包括展馆内合作组合及跨店合作组合，***限度提高客户转化率。

g．负责展馆团队的规划与组建，利用有效的人力资源管理方法提升销售人员业务能力，形成良性竞争，激发个体活力。

对展馆各项管理指标负主责，包括销售回款、预算控制、人员培养等。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，市场营销、经济管理等相关专业

2、8年以上工作经验，其中2年以上销售管理经验；

3、有高端消费品行业经验；

4、极强的沟通与谈判能力，极强的学习与转化能力，工作精准高效，全局意识及计划统筹能力强；

5、有善于发现问题及系统解决问题的能力，有较强的管理才能，具备培养下属的能力，较高的职业素养和职业操守。
