岗位职责：

1.负责家居类天猫旗舰店的整体销售规划和日常运营；

2.根据行业和市场环境结合自身现状对所负责生意进行策略调整，跟进执行；

3.与供应链/产品部及平台沟通，保证销售正常进行；

4.竞店分析/销售数据分析/客群分析等店铺运营情况和同业情况的分析和总结；

5.店铺及商品特点，利益点的提炼和策划，并针对性开展各类推广工作

任职资格：

1.大专及以上学历，3-5年天猫店运维工作经验

2.有相关电商平台从业经验，熟悉大型电商平台的后台操作和平台活动提报，有直通车，钻展等相关活动技能者优先

3.熟练操作office软件，数据分析与PPT能力突出者优先考虑

4.善于沟通，分析和总结
