1.？ Financial reporting 

--Budgeting & Forecasting preparation followed up with SEB / WMF HQ instruction 

--Detailed P&L format (financial vs management) set up for each business channels (from Sales to ROPA )

--Local / Consolidated margin analysis (i.e by project / items for Hotel, by customers / channels for PCM etc.)

--Open orders / projects review and action plan 

--Management report creation and presentation

2.？ Financial checking and operation

--Sales recognition / sales rebate & deduction / cut-off process performing and follow up

--AR, inventory and other provision (i.e legal & HR) review / preparation on monthly basis

--Service activities inspection and reconciliation between service partners and end users.

--DIT and CIT supervision and follow up

--Other special / manual adjustment on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis if necessary

--Work with sales / service dept to strengthen the process of VAT invoicing issuing (in line with contract terms)

3.？ Business supporting

--PCM KA AR ageing tracking, reconciliation and settlement for accounting on regular basis

--Work with logistic dept to follow up the status of slow moving and borrowing items etc.

--Design pricing portfolio for PCM (separation or combine machine & service)

--Design credit policy and control for the implement in K3

--Ordering and delivery block control in K3 on regular base

--List price review and creation on regular basis

--Sales and service contract management and list as financial back-up (if necessary)

4.     Independent projects and internal control process

--PCM & Hotel article No maintenance in OA / ERP (K3) with CMMF code

--Pricing system supervision by product / customer and STD Cost update and controlling

--Supplies / Customer master data maintenance and comparison as required

--Projects from statutory agencies, such as special tax / audit review

--Any other projects or task aligned by line manager

任职资格：

-- Good understanding for the business and good ability for reporting and analysis to reflect the real picture

-- Communication skill both for external and internal

-- Accounting and taxation knowledge and identification is necessary

-- Good concept / idea and skill for EPR system, such as Kindee, YonYou and Sap etc.

-- Familiar with Excel, Word and PPT 

-- CMA, CIMA or other international certificate is a plus
