1. 根据部门目标与计划，进行本组年度、季度、月度目标和计划、财务预算制定、分解及监控实施；

2. 根据生产统计的数据制定生产效率和成本控制的现场改进措施；

3. 负责协调生产设备周期性IQ、OQ验证工作在生产车间的实施。负责组织新项目的投产准备、运行等系列工作；

4. 全面负责生产计划的实施和管理，控制物料平衡，不断降低成本，负责定期统计、分析各车间的产能，优化加工周期；

5.监控规范操作方法，确保生产现场的有序和安全。

岗位要求：

1、本科学历，三年以上生物、医药生产企业生产现场管理经验；

2、熟悉行业质量体系对生产现场管理的要求；

3、极强的执行力，高度的责任心。
