Responsibilities:

1. Ownership of the sample management life cycle within QC -SH, including but not limited to the testing samples, retention samples, stability samples, and reference standards;
2. Defining and management of the testing samples,  retention samples, stability samples, and reference standards and other relative QC samples receiving and registration process within QC-SH in a compliant and timely manner;
3. Management of the sample pulling plan and sample delivery to QC-SH laboratories of all stability samples according to stability protocals in a compliant and timely manner;
4. GMP compliant documentation of sample management, including relevant SOPs and other documents;
5. proactively cooperation with relevant team on the sample management procedure optimization;
6. Proactively collabaration with QA team on the document archiving for GMP compliance;
7. Support in the GMP audits by clients, health authorities
8. Get tranied of GMP compliance and quality system, provide traning to other analysts to maintain and enhance the GMP understanding and alignment under QA supervision

1. BS Degree in chemistry, biochemistry or related scientific field, relevant experience may be substituted for education
2. Ability to perform advanced computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel)
