职位描述：

    

1、负责集团MCN业务产品、达人的视频素材剪辑及后期。

    

2、熟练掌握PR、AE、AU等软件，独立处理剪辑及相关栏目包装。

    

3、对整体画面及成片提出修改及优化建议。

    

职位要求：

    

1、本科及以上学历，接受过系统的视频制作训练；

    

2、有能力把控各种视频类型、风格的后期制作、包括短视频主题、镜头衔接、节奏感、音乐、情绪等，理解镜头语言，可根据创意脚本或文案进行二次创作，每周完成部门的剪辑任务。

    

3、熟悉抖音、B站、小红书等短视频套路，有制造爆款视频经验。

    

4、热爱vlog拍摄，短视频重度爱好者优先考虑。
