Job Description

• On-site technical Support and trouble shooting for ESP, Iboost and IPB in Patac&SGM
• Clarify customer inquiry for technical solution
• Re-flash SW for samples and vehicle

• Perform on-site SW testing (DIT, CYS, SVT and DVT etc.).

• Summarize issues and communicate with internal team to make issues clear and give customer feedback our plan for next step

• Support project team on sample handling, track project status, and coordinate technical and timing issues

Qualifications

• Be familiar with Vehicle CAN Net and Diagnosis

• Be good at communcating with customers

• Be familiar with procedure of SW testing

• Be familiar with plant system

• Know basic info of General Assembly
