The qualified IT candidate will provide hardware and software helpdesk support to our corporate users. Candidate must have good communication skills, proficient in the English language, professional appearance, strong troubleshooting abilities and a desire for learning new technologies. 1、3+ years of experience working in a corporate environment supporting Microsoft technology. Experience in supporting desktops, laptops, laser printers, thermal barcode printers, barcode scanners, Windows mobile devices, cell phones, security equipment, desktop operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 8, MAC OS) and Microsoft/Adobe suite of applications. Profound knowledge of Office 2010 and 2013, Office 365 a plus. 2、Strong knowledge of Active Directory and DHCP. 3、Experience in working with Cisco switches, routers, wireless APs, VLAN, VPN. 4、Experience in maintaining and supporting distributed computer rooms with racked mounted servers and communication equipment. 5、Experience in working with vendors and procuring IT equipment. 6、Experience conducting process reviews, making recommendations to IT Management and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 7、Experience in using a Helpdesk based ticketing system 8、Knowledge of backup and recovery systems. 9、Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail and highly organized. 10、Able to support IT corporate requirements outside the normal business hours. 11、Ability to travel as needed to deploy and support corporate offices. 12、Bachelor’s degree required.
