工作职责Responsibilities:

1. Daily tasks:

Sales journal entry (e.g. revenue realization, defer income) book and post. Ensure all the accounting entry could be completed accurately before monthly or annually closing deadline;

销售相关凭证（如：收入确认，预开票）入账、过账。确保凭证录入的准确性、及时性。

AR collection related journal entry book and post. Distinguish accounts receivable with advance received to make sure all the entries correctly;

收款相关凭证入账、过账。辨别应收和预收，以保证账务的准确性；

- Verify VAT invoice application. Ensure invoice billing accuracy and timely;

检查开票申请，准确、及时地开具增值税发票；

- Close and timely cooperate with credit controller, sales team to improve the AR collection.

与信控、销售团队密切合作，提高销售回款。

2. Closing and reporting tasks:

- Reconcile AR balance between sub-ledger and GL on monthly basis. Identify the issue if any and follow up with necessary action; 

在月末进行AR明细账与总账的对账，如有疑问，及时跟踪并修正；

- AR aging and accrual income reporting, weekly keep reports up-to-date and submit according to closing schedule.

每周更新应收账款及合同资产账龄表，月底根据结账日程递交。

3. Others:

- Filing and annual audit support;

会计资料装订及年度审计支持；

- Assist in AR process optimization and system improvement;

协助优化工作流程及系统升级；

- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

任何其他主管安排的工作。

任职要求Requirements:

- bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic

会计、财务、经济专业本科学历

- Related financial working experience in the trading company is preferred

有贸易公司相关工作经验优先

- No less than 3 years accounting working experience

3年以上财务会计核算工作经验

- Excellent computer skills( Excel, Word, Outlook Express, Internet)

精通办公软件

- Preferred of familiarity of SCALA system.

熟悉Scala系统优先

- Good logical capability and communication skill

- Hardworking self-motivated, and having good team work spirit
