Responsibilities:

1) Manage stocks of MFG raw material and finish products per SOPs;

2) Manage material requisition from vendors and releases to production group according to cGMP guideline;

3) Work closely with procurement and production groups to maximize warehouse space and material delivery efficiency;

4) Partner with QA, QC and production groups in generation and approval of applicable pre and post batch production documentation (e.g. authorization to pack, expiry assignment, retain sample form);

5) Assist the manager to forecast the demand and supply of MFG material;

6) Support the manager and QA to comply with various cGMP audits;

Requirement:

？ Education:

？ A college degree in sciences or engineering discipline;

？ Experience:

？ A minimum of three years of professional experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry, preferred in cGMP environment;

？ Understanding of warehouse, supply chain and material management

？ Some knowledge of cold chain management

？ Knowledge of shipping/transportation regulations

？ Skillsets:

？ Good communication skills (oral & written);

？ Capable of planning, organizing, and attention to details;

？ Computer skills required;

？ English skills a plus.

？ Others:

？ A consummate team player;

？ Have good sense of judgement.
