1. Develop strategic marketing communication initiatives and serve as a strategic marketing lead for the APAC region;
2. Work with other function team across digital marketing, social media, public relations, KOL & content partnership, copywriting and video teams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, set and track KPIs, and evaluate performance;
3. Cooperate with HQ MKT to manage all new product launch marketing communication planning, localization and execution in APAC;
4. Set and align objectives with regional sales and marketing leaders to ensure marketing efforts are able to address business challenges;
5. Analyze marketing analytics to extract learnings and consumer insights;
6. Build bridges between functional teams, facilitate effective communication with other departments such as R&D and regional offices;
7. Work with DJI’s channel partners, dealers and other strategic partners to support their marketing and communication needs;
8. Keep track of industry developments, stay on top of new marketing trends and practices, and potential issues that may affect our business.

职位要求：

1. Bachelor degree in marketing communication, marketing management, integrated marketing communications or relevant field；
2. 5-8 years of relevant experience, within both the in-house and agency capacity;
3. Industry knowledge in consumer electronics, emerging technology or robotics, FMCG and lifestyle industries;
4. Knowledge and experience in above- and below-the-line marketing and campaign management (i.e. across POE media);
5. Excellent Mandarin and English verbal and writing skills are musts, Korean language is a plus;
6. Knowledge and understanding of different cultures and business practices in countries across the APAC region;
7. Self-learner, problem solver and a good team player;
8. Able to multi-task, stay on top of different projects and adjust to shifting priorities;
9. Self-starter, tracks results, and can manage projects effectively from start to finish with minimal supervision.
