1) Strategic management field management:

? Management of existing supplier portfolio in material field in order to fulfill the defined quality, cost and delivery targets. Focus on negotiation of price contracts, definition of sourcing channels, risk management and regular supplier performance assessment 

? Coordination with lead buyers from CP, PA/MAT or CoC to negotiate and implement globally negotiated price contracts

? Leading and participation in localization, cost down and process improvement projects in cooperation with other related departments

? New supplier marketing, selection, evaluation of alternative suppliers and technologies with the related technical department

2) Execution of operative purchasing processes:

? RFQ, price analysis, negotiation, supplier selection

? Documentation of purchasing decision in compliance with Syntegon guideline and internal processes

? Release of purchase orders and systematic tracking of OC and delivery dates to ensure on-time delivery

? Support PUQ for handling of quality complaints from internal and external customers

? Handling of other supplier related topics and coordination with other internal departments

Knowledge and skills required

1. Bachelor degree in engineering, preferably engineering background with both mechanical and 

Electronic

2. Minimum 3 years working experience in catalogue part of sourcing and purchasing in relative 

Industry field

3. Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skill

4. Good communication, negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills in either Internal or External

5. Good communication skills in both written and spoken English

6. Self-motivated, able to work independent and under pressure, to achieve the requested timing and quality of assigned tasks

7. Proficient in MS Office and SAP system
