Responsibility

As a key player in IDDC managment

1.    Responsible for making and follow up SW Intergration Plan, and its release

2.    Responsible for defect management, follow-up.

3.    Take lead of making system integration plan, process management, deliver contents management, change management

4.    Manage and optimize the flow of value through IDDC using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps

5.    Assit DC head establish and communicate the annual rolling calendar for iterations and program increments (PI). Organize, drive and facilitate the IDDC PI planning and PI retrospective event.

6.    Aggregate teams’ PI objectives into sprint objectives and publish these for visibility and transparency, assist with execution and feature/capability completion tracking

7.    Manage dependencies between the Scrum team,collaborating with PO and ScM among SW, System, HW, Verificaiton Teams for issue identification and reporting

Solve, escalate and track impediments.

Requirement

1、 Bachlor degree or above, major in automotive or EE.

2、 SAFe/Agile knowledge and experience

3、 At least 5-10 years Tier1 or OEM software program management experience,familiar with Agile way of working

4、 Good English communication and writing skill

Good organization and presentation skill
