岗位职责

？  领导团队，审查视觉呈现，并根据需要提出改进建议；

？  对于不同项目，在艺术层面上进行美感把控；

？  指导和拓展创意概念，并在项目/活动的实施过程中提供创意方面有建设性的意见；

？  结合客户的需求、指导和启发，及时产出高品质的、革新的、创新的概念和设计；

？  负责活动现场的设计落地把控，确保创意和设计落地，呈现完美作品。

任职要求

？  5年以上创意设计工作经验，有活动项目经验、曾服务过互联网和商业地产客户的优先考虑；

？  对比例，材料和空间具有强烈的审美意识；

？  有指导2D和3D设计师把概念化想法在平面和3D环境中实现的能力；

？  有良好的英语和中文的口头和书面表达能力；

？  有上进心和团队合作精神；

？  能够在压力下工作，接受弹性的工作时间，接受出差安排。

Roles and Responsibilities

？  Lead team to review visual design and suggest improvements as needed;

？  For different projects, carry out aesthetic control on the artistic level;

？  To direct and develop creative concepts and provide guidance on creative aspects during implementation of projects / events;

？  To direct and initiate timely development of high-quality, innovative and creative concept and design according to clients’ requirements and needs;

？  Responsible for the design landing quality of the construction at the event site, to ensure the creative landing, and achieve perfect work.

Qualification Requirements

？  More than 5 years of creative design work experience, with experiences in event design, candidates who have served Internet and commercial estate customers are preferred;

？  Strong aesthetic sense for proportions, materials and space;

？  Able to brief 2D&3D-Designer to implement conceptual ideas in 2D&3D environment;

？  Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese;

？  Must be self-motivated and enjoy teamwork;

？  Able to work under pressure, accept flexible working hours, and accept travel arrangements.
