负责轴承和其它动力传动产品的采购和跟单，报关单据制作和安排出口运输。具体如下：

In charge of the purchase and order follow up for bearings and other power transmission products as well as preparation of shipping documents.

1. 联系采购商，按采购商要求和产品特性向采购商推荐合适的生产厂。

   Contact with the buyers and recommend the suitable factories to buyers’ requirement and product characteristics.

2.  和采购商协商产品价格的交期，接受采购商的订单

     Negotiate products prices and delivery date with buyers, accept buyers’ orders.

3. 和生产厂协商产品要求，价格和交期，向生产厂下采购订单

    Negotiate product requirements, price and delivery date with the manufacturer and place purchase orders with the manufacturer.

4. 跟踪工厂生产进度，掌握工厂发货情况

    Follow up the factory production schedule, master the factory delivery situation.

5. 安排货物入库，协调检验部门对产品进行检验

   Arrange warehousing of goods, coordinate with inspection department to inspect products

6. 提供工厂货物装箱清单等资料给单证部门，协助单证员制作出口有关文件

   Provide factory’s packing list and other information to document department, assist document clerk to make relevant documents for export use.

7. 协助财务部门取得工厂开具的货物发票

   Assist financial department to obtain goods invoice issued by factory.

8. 跟踪客户产品使用情况，客户对产品质量的反馈，协助工厂提高产品质量

   Track the usage of products with the buyer, collect the feedback information about product quality, assist factory to keep or improve their product quality

  

任职要求：

Requirements:

1. 大专以上学历，英文听说读写良好

College degree or above, good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing

2. 具有三年以上轴承行业的采购，销售，检验或技术工作的优先。

At least 3 years working experience in bearing industry in purchasing, sales, inspection or technical field is preferred.

3.具有良好的语言表达能力，顺畅的人际沟通能力，主动的团队合作能力，基本的团队管理能力。不斤斤计较，工作责任心强。

 Good language skills, smooth interpersonal communication skills, proactive team work skills, basic team management skills.Strong sense of responsibility
