Entegris is seeking a FAE manager for its New Market product lines, who will have tremendous visibility within the company, leading efforts of a team to solve our customers’ most challenging problems and sell new opportunities. This role provides the technical selling energy for new products, providing leadership for launches, commercialization efforts and guidance for technical support of Entegris’ New Market BU solutions. This position will be based in China Hangzhou and may require occasional domestic and international travel:
· Lead FAE team to serve Life science market
· Maintain Market-share for our products
· Win existing products from competitors
· Generate interest in New Products, get customers to evaluate, win POR, and proliferate
· Find applications for potential new products
Assess and report on global market for this product area
· Lead a team of 4, motivate individual team member to look after each opportunity
· Primary role to serve as the Technical Product Expert of Life science filtration in supporting customers
· Work with other functional teams such as Account Managers, Product Manager, Quality
· Support account managers with product presentations and technical discussions;
· Own customer evaluations to ensure sharp execution so benefits of the results are aligned with customer buying motives, including initial product introduction, evaluation metric negotiation, successful evaluation completion, CoO modeling, and proliferation through identified customer tool base;
· Establish intimate customer relationships to become the “Go To” Process materials supplier for the target customers;
· Create plans and actions to drive revenue and market share growth
· Ensure/ provide the right level of technical and application support during customer qualifications;
· Work with the account managers to identify, develop, and prioritize the opportunities using Entegris’ value selling process to lead discovery and advocating phases of the selling process;
· Participate in regular business review meetings with leadership team and represent the region in both local and global opportunity reviews
· Provide customer filtration recommendations & guidance through personal knowledge and coordination with Entegris technical resources.
· Collect VOCs on critical technology requirements from strategic customers to understand their key processes, products, initiatives, challenges and needs, to enable Entegris to recommend appropriate filter solutions or product development path.
- Train customers and fellow colleagues on relevant process solutions knowledge;
· Maintain customer process equipment install base and Entegris product database(s);
· 7+yrs biopharma process or market experience
· 3+ years Team leader experience
· Possessing an attitude of ownership, accountability, and never willing to quit
· Build trusting relationships with customers
· Communication
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science/Materials or equivalent technical field required; Master’s degree is a plus
· Demonstrated ability to develop a team
Excellent English and Mandarin speaking skills
