职位描述
AR accoutant is responsible for customer billing, paymetn collection and invoice reconciliation and clearing.
应收会计主要负责开票,收款,清账及与客户对账工作。
- Check and issue SAP invoices. 负责核对销售数据,开具SAP系统发票
- Incoming payment booking and Accounts receivable clearance. 记录收款并清理应收账款
- Reconciation with customer and push Payment. 与客户对账,催款
- Internal audit and external audit support. 协助准备审计资料并提供相关支持
- Work with team to achieve both team and individual KPI requirement. 与部门一起快速达成团队和个人绩效目标
- Other tasks assigned by superior. 上级安排的其他工作任务。
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in accouting or related areas;会计及相关专业本科以上学历;
- At least 2 years working experience in finance area; 3年以上财务相关工作经验;
- Good communication skills and co-operation;良好的沟通协调能力;
- Stuctured and has a high attention to quality;逻辑思维能力强,关注数据质量;
- Work under pressure and meet deadline; 抗压能力强,按时完成工作;
- Self-motivated and initiative; 主动性强;
- English;基础的英语交流水平;
