职位描述
Fixed asset accounting booking, fixed asset related report and closing, GL and payroll posting and support internal and external audit. 固定资产相关入账，报表和月末结账，总账和工资入账并支持内外部审计工作
- Process requirements from user departments correctly and timely, such as capitalization, transfer, scrap, sold, split and merge according to policies and guidelines. Record in SAP accurately in both PRC and IFRS GAAP; 按照中国和国际会计准则正确及时地处理固定资产的账务处理；
- Complete monthly depreciation run and ensure depreciation calculated accurately in accordance with PRC and IFRS requirements; 按照中国和国际会计准则完成固定资产月结工作，保证折旧准确计提
- Prepare various fixed assets related monthly and yearly reporting; 完成固定资产相关月度和年度报告
- Support local window together with FA coordinator to perform regular physical counting, and stocktaking report collection, and follow up to close the result; 协助当地财务完成固定资产盘点
- Assist internal and external auditors in fixed assets related enquiries; 支持内外部审计工作
- Complete GL account and payroll posting per requirements; 根据要求完成总账和工资相关的入账
- Ensure FA policies, processes, directives are strictly followed and adhered to; 遵循固定资产会计准则和博世内部规定流程处理业务
- Other tasks assigned by superior. 上级安排的其他工作任务。
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor degree 本科以上学历
- At least 1 year related industry working experience; Fresh graduate is acceptable 至少1年工作经验;优秀的应届生亦可投递
- Good communication skills 良好的沟通技能
- Good customer service awareness 良好的服务意识
- Good ability to work under pressure 良好的抗压能力
BPO accounting working experience will be plused. BPO行业经验优先
- SAP skills will be plused.
- Enlish 基础的英语交流水平
