职位描述
Perform dual review invoices afterwards, ensuring all check points will be checked which are guided by Central Directive and SOP; follow check points to judge if invoices can be released to payment;
根据总部的指导文件按照部门操作流程对所有发票以及账务处理的合规性检查以及是否符合公司的付款条件做事后控制；
- Has basic knowledge of project requirement and scope
- 快速学习项目所需基本知识；
- Well aware of MC KPIs and ensure the performance reach target
- 与部门一起达成团队和个人绩效目标；
- Perform dual review invoices afterwards, ensuring all check points will be checked which are guided by Central Directive and SOP; follow check points to judge if invoices can be released to payment;
- 根据总部的指导文件按照部门操作流程对所有发票以及账务处理的合规性检查以及是否符合公司的付款条件做事后控制；
- AP&AR&GL&MDM by function ,MC check based on SOP&WI to finish Weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly /Quartly report ;
- 按时完成所负责公司的周报/月度/季度报告；
- Backup other team member during their absent and support tasks assigned by TL
- 很好的完成团队相互支持工作，以及交办的其他工作任务；
- Cross-function communication skills,And followup the finding in MC daily working
- 能较好和其他部门的同事沟通 ，并及时跟踪不合规发票账务处理；
- Complies with internal regulations and project specific procedures
- 遵循内部规则和项目特定地流程处理业务
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
- 上级安排的其他工作任务。
Qualification Requirements：
- Bachelor degree in accounting or related areas 本科以上学历
At least 1 year related industry working experience; Fresh graduate is acceptable
至少1年工作经验; 优秀的应届生亦可投递
BPO working experience will be plused BPO财务行业经验优先
- Good communication skills 良好的沟通技能
- Good understanding of SAP, good self-learning SAP经验以及良好的自学能力
- Fluent written and spoken skills in English 英语基本读写优秀，能适应英语工作环境
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and other related office software 会使用微软软件，excel、 word等
