Job Description/工作职责:

 

• In charge of credit control. 负责信贷控制。

• AR daily works, VAT invoice issue, such as cash receipts in SAP, customer master file maintenance. 应收账款日常工作，包括开增值税专用发票，SAP系统的现金收入，客户文件维护。

• Prepare A/R analysis report for sales team to push collection from customers. 为销售团队准备应收账款分析报告，以帮助销售团队更高效的从客户处回收账款。

• Monitor A/R risk, calculate bad debt provision and research any irregularity in the field of Selling Pricing / Legislation compliance / Long-outstanding Receivables to relative parties. 监控应收账款风险，计提坏账准备，并调查销售定价/合规/关联方之间的长期应收款中是否存在反常情况 。

• Preapre AR related account reconciliation. 应收账款相关的科目调节表。

• Sales performance tracking, including but not limit to distributor rebate, direct sales commission, etc. 销售业绩计算，包括但不限于经销商返利，销售佣金等。

• Other tasks assigned from manager. 其他由经理分配的任务。

 

Requirement/要求:

 

• Cellege degree and above in Finance / Accounting or related大专或以上学历，金融或会计相关专业

• Strong analytical skills出色的分析能力

• 3-4 years of relevant working experience in Multi-national company; credit controlling experience will be a plus. 3至4年跨国企业相关工作经验，具有信贷控制经验的优先考虑

• Hard working with a sense of responsibility and accuracy; 工作认真，具有责任感，做事细致

• ERP and SAP experience are preferred; 具备ERP及SAP经验的优先考虑

• Good English language ability; 良好的英语能力

• Outstanding communication skill, friendly, positive attitude and patient; 出众的沟通技能，为人亲切，态度积极，有耐心

• Good team player; 良好的团队合作精神
