Job Purpose

岗位目的

The Cleaning Staff will ensure the cleanness in and around MEH matches 5-Star hotel standards. He/she is also responsible for the maintenance of the plants outside and inside the building.

保洁员须确保厂房内外的清洁随时达到公司要求：五星级酒店的要求。保洁员同时也负责植物的养护，包括室外植物和室内植物。

Key Responsibilities

主要职责

1. Clean the office area, production area and all public areas of MEH according to the standards of 5-star hotel.

清扫办公区域、生产区域和公共区域以达到并随时保持厂房及室外区域五星级酒店的清洁标准。

2. Maintenance of all trees and lawn.

绿化树木修整和草坪修整。

3. Report to the Cleaning Supervisor if something is broken or needs to be repaired.

发现破损或需要修理的东西及时报告维修技术人员。

4. Maintain a clean and neat appearance.

自身须随时保持清洁、整齐的仪表。

5. Perform additional duties directed by superiors.

完成上级安排的其他工作。

Qualification

任职资格

1. Middle school or above and be willing to learn more.

中学以以上学历，有较强的学习意识。

2. Healthy.

身体健康。

3. Basic English language skill is preferred.

有一定的英文基础者优先考虑。

4. Possess the consciousness of safety.

必须有安全意识。

5. High sense of environmental protection, i.e. classify rubbish, energy saving etc.

具有很强的绿色环保意识，如垃圾分类、节能等。

6. Must possess a high degree of integrity.

Due to the business development, HGI officially took over the management of MES in the beginning of 2018 and change the company name to Henry Engineering Shaoxing Co., Ltd. ("HES").
