Job Descriptions:

 

• Responsible for the planning, implementing and ongoing support of all collaborative technologies throughout China based on but not limited to Microsoft Productivity cloud services such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform

• Responsible for the planning, implementing and ongoing support of web-conferencing services, IP based video conferencing and enterprise voice and mobile messaging

• Responsible for the planning, implementing and ongoing support of end user computing technologies, not limited to windows management and security tools (patching, anti-virus, malware, etc.), enterprise mobility management(mobile device management, mobile application management), desktop and application virtualization, enterprise file sync-and-share services.

• Identify business requirements and priorities to increase productivity by utilizing Microsoft power platforms and others if deemed appropriate.

• Maintains a current understanding of all current mentioned technologies, open system standards, and management technologies

• Deliver Trainings (Virtually and in-person) to locations and teams on the workplace services

• Adheres to all current Incident, Change, Release and Problem management policies and procedures.

• Provide internal customer communication and project leadership in support of respective platform activities

• Interfacing with operations partner on technical issues and technology vendors – Microsoft etc.

• Execute deployments of technology into respective regions

• Identify and implement continuous improvement best practices

• Creates and maintains appropriate procedural documentation

• Communicates best practices for program adherence to all business units

• Maintains contact with internal clients to ensure proper operation and client satisfaction

• Demonstrates positive customer service attitude and work ethic
  
  

  Experiences and Qualifications:

   

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent years of education and experience

• Minimum 5 to 7 years progressively responsible experience in electronic messaging, Sharepoint, implementation, and design within a large-scale O365 environments (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, Azure AD, Intune), Exchange environments, IP based enterprise voice and video-conferencing solutions – certificates are advantage

• Understand ITIL based IT operation mode and continue the effort for process excellence, process oriented

• Security experience with policies and practices for Messaging and E-collaboration environments

• Strong Knowledge of Office 365 support technologies, especially Identity and Access management, including but not limited to, Active Directory, AAD Connect, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SSO solutions, Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access Policies, Azure AD RMS - AIP, MFA

• Strong knowledge of end user computing technologies, especially windows management and security tools (patching, anti-virus, malware, etc.), enterprise mobility management(mobile device management, mobile application management), desktop and application virtualization, enterprise file sync-and-share services.

• Knowledge of PowerPlatform apps: PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Power Virtual Agents

• A good understanding of Training methodologies and feel comfortable in training large groups of people

• Good documentation and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments and enthusiastically support project goals Ability to work independently, efficiently manage time, demonstrate grace under pressure, flexible

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with business stakeholders and employees

• Strong customer service skills and background

• Excellent Team participation

• Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin both verbal and written
