Job Descriptions:

  

1.      Participate as key member of the cybersecurity team to plan, develop and optimize cyber security technology architecture framework, support cyber security strategic/blueprint planning;

  

2.      Participate as key member of cybersecurity team to plan and develop enterprise cybersecurity threat defense architecture, improve security attack and defense capability, optimize edge security control and enhance the depth of defense;

  

3.      Lead dedicated cybersecurity projects as project manager role;

  

4.      Lead infrastructure project/operations security assessment, identify threats and vulnerable areas and provide security precautions;

  

5.      Assess, alert, and promote relevant rectification of all types of major security vulnerabilities;

  

6.      Setup and implement network/infrastructure security monitoring and enhancement framework. Including incident management, access management, irregular activity, patch management, vulnerability management, privilege ID and function ID management, disaster recovery/business continuity plan etc.;

  

7.      Safeguarding IT machines with defined security baseline. This comprises of infrastructure, network, endpoint，and all other arenas of IT;

  

8.      Deliver cloud related security architecture/solutions. Defines where and how security measures should be applied on cloud, with a special focus on the data;

  

9.      Maintain information security guideline, procedure, policy and standards to ensure we meet the requirement to security and industry related regulation and best practice;

  

10.   Conduct an audit procedure to inspect system and network processing is following security requirements and baseline;

  

11.   Responsible for the assessment, grading, measuring and review of security grade protection of critical systems upon regulatory requirement;

  

12.   Responsible for the research of new security technologies;

  

13.   Assist on other assigned responsibilities from management.

  

 

  

Experience And Qualifications

  

1. With IT-related education background & full-time college education (bachelor’s degree or above);

2. 8+ years of experience in related professional experience, solid infrastructure technical skills covering mainly in network, data center and cloud;

3. Have intensive understanding of cybersecurity framework, experience on dealing with the emergency cybersecurity incidents, deep understanding and hands-on skillsets on network and infrastructure security technologies, familiar with all kinds of network security products, familiar with common attack and defense techniques;

4. With intensive experience related to infrastructure security technologies, familiar with infrastructure security related requirements and standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practices;

5. Have understating of China Cyber Security Law and related regulations requirements and standards, and experiences in implementing MLPS.

6. Experience in the implementation of major cybersecurity projects;

7. Have good coordination and communication skills, hardworking, motivation and professional competence, good at English communication for both oral and writing;

8. Have good learning and innovation ability, dedication and diligence;

9. Have good comprehensive analysis ability and organization skills;

10. The following qualifications will be a plus: CCIE, Azure, AliCloud, CISA、CISSP、CISP、PMP.
