KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:

1. Process payroll operation for assigned group accurately and on time. Ensure 100% compliance with both local requirement.

2. Closely work with HR operations, HR BPs, corporate payroll team and payroll vendor to implement payroll related policies and resolve payroll enquires from employees within required timeline.

3. Social insurance , house funding and commercial insurance operation and management

4. Support monthly benefit report for about 9+ legal entities and related payment with help from Finance

5. Manage all kinds of benefit projects (Flexible Benefit Plan etc.)

6. Social insurance audit operation of internal and external

7. Routine employee social insurance data maintenance in HRIS system

REQUIREMENTS:

2 5+ years and above HR payroll and benefit experience in big company which have over 1000+ people

2 Familiar with SAP payroll system

2 Familiar with policy and operation process of payroll, social insurance and house funding

2 High level of data-handling capacity

2 Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

2 Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

2 Good written and oral English

2 Good service attitude

2 Responsible, initiative and ability of work under pressure
