Main Duties & Responsibilities

1. Perform month-end close (one legal entity) activities and communicate financial results in a timely manner
2. Support the preparation of presentations and financial analysis used for Senior Leadership reviews
3. Working closely with business stakeholders providing analytical and strategic support
4. Prepare efficient and accurate financial analysis of budgets, forecasts and actual results
5. Drive simplification of finance processes and foster a culture of best practice sharing
6. Perform detailed reviews of SG&A costs, headcount and staff related costs
7. Provide insight of financial performance through accurate, timely and relevant reporting
8. Supporting multiple business units through delivery of effective management information
9. Performing ad hoc tasks and reporting related to business unit management and governance meetings as appropriate
10. Identify risks and business opportunities and providing recommendations to the management to improve profitability and operational efficiency
11. Utilize historical data and research on factors affecting sales to forecast sales trends to improve short-and long-term planning
12. Sales and profitability analysis on regular and adhoc promotions
13. Review of expense and budget monitoring including capital expenditure and cash flow

Key requirement:

1. University Degree preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economy
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
3. Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles
4. English language proficiency is a must, both verbal and written
5. Proficient knowledge of Excel with the ability to quickly learn other applications
6. Excellent communication and presentations skills
7. Experience providing business intelligence to drive better decision-making
8. Experience eliciting business requirement and executive metrics
9. Experience building executive level business cases and project plans
10. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to connect and develop strong partnerships
11. Creativity go beyond current tools to deliver best solution to the problem
12. Inquisitiveness and desire for continued self-improvement and development of new skills
13. Confidence in working with Senior Management
14. Dynamism and flexibility to deal with changing environment
15. Capacity to solve problems, identify options and propose a reasoned solution
