岗位铝管：物流专员（进出口方向）

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    Logistics Specialist is accountable for the management of orders, reports, and materials. He/she is also accountable for managing suppliers.

  

 

  

Reports to:  This position reports to logistics supervisor. 向物流进出口主管汇报

Span of Control:  This position has no direct reports 无下属

  

 

    

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责

  Living to Safety Stand and Adhering to Safety Responsibilities

  

• Provide at least one BBS and identify one safety hazard each month

• Attend one-hour safety training per month

   

   

  Managing Orders and Reports 订单及报表管理

          

• Check the inventory status of chemical materials warehouse

• Check exports order on daily basis

• Maintain effective communication with external customer service and complete preparation work before exports

• Arrange exports shipment accordingly to delivery dates

• Make purchasing order to SSA plants according to the request of planning manager

• Create weekly report

• Send out weekly exports data report to sales

• Provide exports custom declaration form and invoice packing list to finance

• Send the stamped SAP printed invoice to Japan on a monthly basis

• Report monthly saving through webpage on the monthly basis

• Update the logistics section of X-matrix on the monthly basis

• Conduct material expansion according to the request of user department

   

  Managing Suppliers 供应商管理

• Check the charge bills of suppliers on the monthly basis

• Create supplier code and make relevant information change as needed

• Manage supplier contract; file new signed contracts

• Make purchase for sporadic engineering projects according to the needs of engineering department

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:要求

  Undergraduate degree 本科学历

  

 Experience:

  

2 years or above relevant experience in Customer Service or Logistics

2年左右海关进出口、物流相关经验

  

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

   Familiar with import/export documents and booklet 熟悉进出口文件及手册

• Familiar with MS office package and ERP system  常用办公软件，ERP
• Good oral and written English (CET-4) 英语4级

  

• Strong team work spirit

• Self-discipline & Self-motivated

• Good communication skills

• Good computer skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint, ERP systems

• Strong problem-solving ability

• Integrity and Initiative

• Time management

• Understand the hazardous knowledge of Chemical regarding import custom clearance
