Position: German Project Engineer

Location: Hangzhou China & Munich Germany

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will responsible for the management of daily projects operation and supplies management, provide assistance in related activities of the export and quality control, exercise independent judgment in negotiating with suppliers concerning products quality and delivery. And do inspection of production in process control and pre-shipment inspection according to the customer’s requirements and checking list.

Job Description

1. Analyse and translate the technical drawings and documents from Germany customers

2. Liaise with German HQ, German clients directly and Chinese suppliers closely, carry out the clients’ sourcing requirements, order management, maintain and follow up the order, do pre-shipment inspection, and control the goods delivery in time

3. Coordinate project activities according to the clients’ requirements

4. Conduct the work report to client monthly in order to ensure all clients’ requirements are being met that deficient areas are receiving the proper level of focus, attention and improvement

Requirements

1. Bachelor major in German with PGH & CET6 certificates

2. One year working experience in trading, quality control, preferable in a manufacturing environment

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment

4. Fresh university graduate is welcome to apply
