1.      维护并提升品牌美誉度，积极拓展新市场，提升市占率。

2.      带领团队完成销售、回款、竞争比、库存优化等各项任务指标；

3.      执行并监督各店铺零售价格，确保市场秩序；

4.      协助区域经理对辖区店铺年度合同洽谈、零售规划，及执行店铺操作策略；

5.      负责辖区内、客户日常维护和沟通，及时解决问题、化解矛盾，维护良好的合作关系；

6.      负责辖区内人员（含店铺店员）管理，指导。执行辖区内市场、销售、行政等各项工作；

7.      组织、带领团队具体落实辖区内各项市场及销售工作、计划。；

8.      负责店铺日常运营管理，按要求执行（陈列、库存、资产、形象等），维护公司利益；

任职资格：

1.     三年以上、城市级、耐用百货品类、销售管理经验；

2.     良好的沟通能力，有责任心、团队意识强、有韧性；

3.     品行端正、形象端庄；

4.     熟悉word / excel / ppt等文案工具；
