• Work with Collection manager / Collection Support manager to design and execute workflow re-engineering process
• Provide operation support on various activities related to Collection activities for HK Business
• To ensure / improve operations effectiveness and KPIs
• Prepare reports and periodic analysis for regular management review
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and other administrative works
• Provide clerical support to the team and Collection manager / Collection Support manager
• To ensure all the operational and service issues are properly managed
• Ensure all Regulatory, Group Policies are adhered to in the branch and proper risk controls are in place

• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines and time pressure
• Pleasant character with logical thinking
• Knowledge in Collection Cycle and Bank's operational process & systems
• Financially numerate with excellent Excel and PC skills
• Solid working experience in Operation / RB Collections Process
• Good standard in written English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
