The role will conduct comprehensive analysis on the competitor intelligence and market
data, give insightful recommendation to R&D, BD and leadership team, and finally contribute to the company’s long-term strategy and short-term priorities.

Responsibilities:
？ Investigate, monitor, and analyze the competitors’ new R&D areas and project progresses.
？ Conduct insightful market research and build mathematical modeling to forecast the market opportunity of the targeted R&D projects;
？ Interpret complex data into strategic and actionable recommendations to the leadership team;
？ Provide timely deep-dive analysis by during various data analysis tools;
？ Support the leadership team to assess the market trend and develop future strategies;


Requirement:
？ Education: Ph.D. in life science and related field with 3 years’ experience in R&D, BD or market intelligence functions; or Master with 6 years relevant experience;
？ Skillsets:
？ Good understanding in Gene/Cell therapy field is highly preferred;
？ Self-motivated, open-minded and can work independently under ambiguity;
？ Strong business acumen, strategic thinking mindset, be agile to the most updated changes in the market;
？ Proficient in office software especially PPT;
？ Skillful in using various data bank and analysis tools;
？ Good team player, highly efficient, result driven;

？ Language: Excellent English language in both written and oral;
