制作工作指导，返工作业指导等相关文件资料 Writing the document such as work instruction and rework instruction

从内网获取电线零部件的技术图纸, 为流水线制作工作指导书 Getting the technique drawing from intranet and writing work instruction for line.

确认具体项目的流水线节拍, 检查岗位工作量 Confirming the line takt and check for the workload of line position

考虑把新元素分配到岗位中：工位工作量, 工位特性（比如：焊接）, 减少分配的操作工操作量的标准 Consider the elements assigned to position: Workload,Station characteristics (such as: Welding) Reduce the amount of assignment operators standard

一旦有新焊点，必须安排到具体工位，并通知FEP工程师 Once have a new spot, must be made to the specific position, and notify the FEP Engineer

根据包胶布局制定区域, 根据客户图纸定义包胶长度 Making the area according to the layout ,and defining the length according to customer drawings

测量每个操作步骤的时间 Measurements of each steps of the time

上级交办的其他任务； Other job responsibilities assigned by the superior

于工作保护和紧急情况的任务 Tasks regarding work protection and emergency situations

了解并遵守公司关于环境、安全与健康的特定指示； Understand and comply with company specific instructions about environment, safety and health.

了解并遵守公司紧急计划； Understand and comply with the emergency plan of company.

 协助控制预防火灾方面的工作。 Assist to control the fire prevention efforts.   

工作能力Job competences

a)专业教育 Professional education 本科以上学历；理工科优先； Bechelor degree or above.Science and engineering is preferred

b)专业经验 Professional experience 3年以上工厂技术相关工作经验； Three years or above related technique working experience in factory.

c)知识 Knowledge 良好的英语沟通能力； Good English communication skill 熟练使用办公自动化软件； Skilled use of office automation software. 掌握FMEA，8D，7QC等质量方法； Be able to use the quality tools of FMEA，8D，7QC . 会读技术文件； Be able to read technical document 培训后能了解线束产品和生产工艺； Know the harness products and production process after training

d)能力 Abilities 良好的沟通和表达能力； Good communication and expression ability. 分析和解决问题的能力； Ability to analyze and solve problems. 敏锐的观察力； Keen observation. 抗压能力。 Work under pressure.
