1. 根据总公司下达的经营和管理指标，全面主持管理处的经营管理工作；

2. 制订中长期发展规划，审定管理处季、年度管理目标和经营计划；

3. 负责管理处内部管理机构设置和人员的合理配置，负责中层以上管理人员的选拔、考核、培养和使用，督导部门做好员工培训、教育，不断提高员工整体素质；

4. 组织健全、合理的管理体系，主持制定和完善重大规章制度，制定操作规范，健全内部组织系统，加强各部门之间的沟通与协调，确保管理机制有序高效运作；

5. 负责所属物业管理处的工作，对物业管理处作业进行定期督导与稽核；

6. 审定所属物业管理处年度财政预算和掌管各项费用支出；

任职要求：

1、30～45岁，大专以上学历。

2、3年以上该岗位经验，有10万方以上商业或办公楼管理经验。

3、有管理超高层项目经验者优先。
