1. 全面负责大厦租户之交、收楼工作；

2. 租户二次装修的监管；

3. 租户租金及物业管理费等费用收缴率的保证；

4. 制订通告，各类紧急事件之处理程序；

5. 处理投诉及突发事件；

6. 督导员工执行工作，适当安排工作岗位；

7. 抓好员工之纪律、品德、考勤，以作年终考核；

8. 协调及配合工程部定期安排检查及维修；

9. 配合物业总经理完成其他工作。

任职要求

1. 专科及以上学历，形象气质佳。

2. 3年以上物业客户服务管理工作经验，精通客户服务体系的管理流程；

3. 对外协调能力强，能独立处理突发事件或客户投诉。

4. 具有良好的服务意识、较强的沟通能力、表达能力、承受工作压力；
