杭州招聘

1、负责执行小区安保消防、清洁、园林、投诉处理、日常巡视等的日常运作。

2、负责与政府部门之协调，并代表小区管理处签署各项协议。

3、积极与小区业主接触维持良好关系，保持一流的管理服务，依据公约及管理标准，尽力满足业主要求。合理分派工作给予属下员工，确使员工严格遵照公司的指示工作。

4、负责执行公司的纪律，对任何员工涉及违纪行为应迅速及彻底调查并及时处理。

5、定期召开部门工作会议，检讨工作表现，并籍此与各级工作人员沟通

6、编写各岗位工作程序并定期跟进及调整，不断完善各部门工作流程及部门间之相互沟通。

任职要求：

1、年龄30-45岁，有相关物业小区管理经验3年以上。

2、沟通能力强，有高端住宅工作经历优先
