1/Develop and implement product concepts and ideas from cstomers and marketing into executalbe project requierments.

2/Act on behalf of the Steering Committee, and make decisions within agreed project scope, Continually review the ongoing validity of the project and recommend streering Committee whether or not the project should continue and/or scope change.

3/Establish,track and report of project plans through use of established Project Management Tools(Checkpoint Process) and use of best project management practices(Schedules/resource plan/project tracking).

4/Chair and report out all project meetings to include design reviews, check point reviews, weekly meeting as defined.

5/Develop and track the project expenses for projects assigned,as well investment requst creation and drive for approval.

6/Ensure the project development from opportunity assessment untill start of production.

7/Interface and coordinate follow ups with marketing,product line, R&D, EGD,Manufacturing, Quality,Purchasing,supply chain and outside suppliers to ensure timely delivery of all project requirement/deliverables.

8/Responsible for identifying and prioritizing critical activities needed to achieve project objectives.

10/Responsible for managing risk pro-actively.

1/Degree in Engineering

2/5 years' experience

3/ Project Management knowledge, ideally with a PM certification.

4/Ability to work independently and cooperatively with a large diverse cross functional group

5/Strong project management, communication and interperonal skills leading cross functional project teams

6/Demonstrated ablility as a problem solver and ability to determine root cause

7/Direct experinece in Home appliances, Durable Consumer Goods or Consumer Electronics industries is a significant plus

8/General knowledge of finance, good sense on bunsiness case analyse

9/ Knowledge of connectivity projects as a plus

10/Knowledge of plastic, sheet metal design development is plus

11/Demonstrated PC proficiency is required(MS offcie Products/MS project)

12/ General knowledge of manufacturing and assembly methodology

13/ Available fro limited travel

14/ Able to identify critical issues for key stakeholders

15/Fluent in local language and proficient in English
