· As a Function Engineer for complete Residence product(Single split, Portable, Dehumidifier, Windows RAC, air cooler), contribute to transform new or changed product needs into requirements, design and implement the function specification/communication protocol and take function/data validation with being a part of technical multinational R&D Group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities：

· Have background knowledge in electric and electronics with related standards, embedded software, firmware, and communication over internet protocols, real time programing, as well as understanding of projects management cycle.

· Is able to clearly present technical information to groups such as project/team meetings in English

· Is able to estimate several alternative solutions and evaluate their feasibility

· Understands project management principles and supports projects metrics and deliverables

· Has a basic understanding of product cost structure and the financial impact of engineering on the business

· Should be an effective team player with project leading skills.

Should be able to define, schedule and control the projects in term of resource and requirements.

Qualification Requirements任职资格

· Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or related field).

· Min 2 years embedded software development experience. Should be able to demonstrate C programming skills with strong algorithm development

. · knowledge of microcontrollers or DSP`s and development platforms. Should be able to implement firmware update and test firmware for Communication protocols like RS232; USB, TCP/IP and WIFI.

· Should be able to understand basic layout and EMC issues. · Familiar with software development/test tools such as serial port assistant, code merge tool, simulators and Software Version Control Systems (SVN, Github or similar). · Have a basic understanding about APP related to IOS or android architecture

· WIFI or inverter firmware development related to air-conditioner experience is a plus. · Fluent oral and written English language ability.

· Project management skill is preferred.
