Job Description

Conduct embedded software integration test, verification test, document test reports with good traceability. Maintain test environment and develop automated test environment to improve test efficiency.

嵌入式软件的集成测试，验证测试和确认，并编写相关测试文档，使其具有良好的追溯性。维护测试环境并开发自动化测试环境以提高测试效率。

Responsibilities:

• Defines software verification test strategy and integration test strategy working with related embedded software engineers.
• 与其他相关嵌入式软件工程师一起制定软件集成测试策略和整合测试策略。
• Develops specific PC software /fixtures to support software verification test.
• 开发特定的上位机软件或工装去支持软件验证。
• Builds / updates test environment after analyzing new software requirements.
• 通过分析新的软件要求，搭建或更新测试环境。
• Creates test cases, writes test procedures and plan.
• 创建测试用例，编写测试流程和计划。
• Executes test cases to correct/report software bugs, troubleshoots working with other cross-team engineers, and writes test reports.
• 执行测试用例，纠正或汇报软件故障，与其他团队工程师一起排除系统故障，并编写测试报告。
• Ensures safety critical function related software fulfill legal or relevant standard requirements.
• 确保与安全功能相关的软件符合法律和相关标准要求。
• Maintains and improves test infrastructure and test environment.
• 维护和改造测试基础架构和测试环境。

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in embedded software verification and validation.
• 3年以上的嵌入式软件验证和确认经验。
• Programming experience in C/C++ is required.
• 有一定的C/C++软件编程经验。
• Basic knowledge of electronic and ability to read electronic schematics is required.
• 具备一定的电子电路知识，能读懂电子原理图。
• Programming experience in python, MATLAB etc. to support tests is a plus.
• 优先考虑具有使用Python，MATLAB 等开发上位机测试软件经验者。
• Experience with the verification test of motor control software as well as the development of test environment is a plus.
• 优先考虑具有马达软件验证测试和测试环境开发经验者。
• Experience with test automation development, continuous integration and configuration management practices is a plus.
• 优先考虑具有测试自动化开发，持续整合和配置管理实战经验者。
• Specific experience with Jenkins, Git, JIRA/ CodeBeamer is a plus.
• 优先考虑具有Jenkins, Git, JIRA/ CodeBeamer 使用经验者。
• Good at time management, self-motivated, team player.
• 善于时间管理，有上进心，具有团队合作精神。
• Strong English skills (Reading, Writing, Conversational).
• 较强的英语能力(阅读，写作，会话)。
