杭州招聘

1、根据公司人力资源规划和配置，制定年度招聘计划并跟踪实施完成；

2、完善公司培训发展体系，定期进行培训需求调查，制定年度培训计划并实施，进行培训效果的监督和评估；

3、负责员工关系、人事档案管理和合同续签，办理员工入职、转正、调岗、离职等手续并进行数据分析；

4、负责SAP系统数据维护，确保主数据的完整性和准确性；

5、负责员工福利制度的执行，社保、公积金、商业保险等缴纳；

6、参与公司绩效考核体系的管理，完善一线员工的考核标准和考核方法。

7、协助制定和更新完善公司人力资源各项制度；

8、参与公司员工活动的策划和组织实施。
