4.工作内容 Job Description

日常工作 Daily work

关注媒体报道，与监测公司对接，完成日报/周报Keeps track of media, working with clipping house to ensure the high-quality delivery of daily/weekly reports.

了解、收集公司各部门需要宣传和报道的相关信息，准备相关的传播推文/邮件 Understands and collects information from all departments for publicity and coverage need. Prepare related posts /emails.？

协助执行来自集团的全球性项目，包括素材的翻译，与各部门的沟通协调，以及活动的策划与执行。Support on global projects, including materials localizations, communications with internal stakeholders, project plan and executions.

汇总、整理公司内部刊物和文件并存档Gathers, sorts and files internal publications and documents for archiving. ？

协助更新，维护及优化公司各传播平台及内容，如微信、月报、内网等 Asisst updates and maintains internal communication website.

日常采购供应商等财务流程处理 Daily financial process (with SCM and vendors) handle and follow up

活动组织 Event Organization

参与公司内外大型活动策划与执行，根据需求对接供应商以及各部门联系人 Assists in the organization of large internal events. Dealing with vendors and internal stakeholders.？

协助准备相关的活动内容（推文，稿件，方案，设计文件，视频等） Support content preparations (post, release, plan, design files, videos ect).

完成上级主管安排的其他工作 Accomplishes tasks assigned by superiors.
