岗位职责

1、协助总经理制定公司营销战略，负责国内市场短期及长期的销售目标分解；

2、协助总经理设置销售目标、销售模式、销售战略、销售预算和奖励计划；

3、负责国内客户的开发与维护；

4、拓展销售渠道，积极完成下达的销售任务指标；

5、主要负责公司全新品牌，全新品类，国内市场及销售工作。

任职资格

1、专科以上学历,市场营销等相关专业优先；

2、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；

3、有强烈的事业心，性格开朗、积极乐观，具有一定的抗压能力。

4、主导过类似新品牌全国销售工作，并有实际业绩。

薪酬方式为 底薪+提成
