工作职责/Job Responsibility 

1. Coordinate internal technical resource to handle customer complaint and arrange field service  timely, provide effective solutions for customer complaints. 

    协调内部资源及时处理客诉、安排现场服务，为客户投诉问题提供高效解决方案

2. Apply and complete free part or free service orders for warranty period machines.  

    申请并完成保修期内设备的免费零件/服务订单。启动保修期内的免费零件或免费服务订单

3. Follow up on site service progress and provide internal technical support timely.

   跟进现场服务进度，并及时提供内部技术支持。

工作要求/Job Requirement 

 1. Customer service experience more than 2 years for machinery industry was preferred. 

    机械行业客户服务经验2年以上者优先

2. Major in Mechanical, Electrical and relative, Bachelor degree or above. 

   机械、电气等专业，本科及本科以上学历

3. Proficiency in office software.

4. CET-4 and above, Good English literacy. 

   英语4级及以上,良好的英语读写能力

5. Strong sense of responsibility and work under pressure.

6. Customer oriented with high ownership.
