JOB SUMMARY   

Responsible for Quality relative analysis and quality program coordination; 

Continuous improvement events/projects.

  

 

  RESPONSIBILITY      

1. Manage day-to-day quality processes to ensure full compliance and product sales specifications.

2. Coordinate quality programs and perform root cause analysis on internal/external nonconformance.

3. Lead and facilitate Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA) in order to recommend improvements to product specifications and/or process.

4. Identify opportunities for error proofing, Poke Yoke, KAIZEN，etc.

5. Track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of quality goals.

6.  6 σ project perform and CI.

7. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

              

 

REQUIREMENTS   

Degree educated in an engineering/technical discipline with a minimum of 2 years professional quality, process or lean working experience.

1. 2+ years of experience in Black Belt / Lean manufacturing business process improvements and Black belt certified / Lean Bronze Certification are plus.

2. Possess working experience using CI tools.

3. Background that includes exposure to Lean Mfg., Kanban, Kaizen, 5-S, and Six Sigma methodology.

4. Proficient spoken/written English skills.

5. Good communication，positive attitude and flexible thinking.
