1、负责电子商务部门的整体规划、实施及运营，建立部门内部运营的管理制度、规范和业务流程；

2、根据公司中、长期的战略发展，拟定本部的发展规划，及通过有效的成本控制和营销手段，提升在线销售平台的品牌知名度、扩大市场影响力；

3、负责部门各平台相关数据及时整理，协助财务账目复查等；

4、密切关注后台数据，及时结合市场和消费需求进行信息调整，多方位完成部门目标；

5、协调相关资源及时开展店铺推广、促销规划、产品展示、重大产品调整等；

6、负责电子商务平台的运行管理，保持和相关电子商务平台服务商的沟通；

7、负责处理与电商销售相关的客户投诉、各种危机、公关活动等事宜；

8、负责部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，五年及以上电商工作经验；

2、熟悉电商营销推广和渠道维护管理；

3、至少具备电商品牌旗舰店三年以上管理经验；

4、具有敏锐的市场分析判断能力，营销战略思维和整体组织运营能力；

5、较强的人际关系能力、有团队精神，较强的执行与推动能力

6、办公软件熟练使用，良好的英语沟通能力；

7、数据敏感度高，能够承受一定的工作压力；
