Objective:

The Payment Application Accountant is responsible for timely and accurate processing of vendor payment clearing in SAP system and finish Bank Account Reconciliation in time. Support Treasury team on non-cash payment related tasks. This is an opportunity to fully understand the Procure to Pay (P2P) process and gain accounting experience in SAP.

Essential Functions:

  

• Responsible for payment run in SAP and entry posting, cash disbursement include domestic and foreign currency payment, urgent payments, Intercompany payments etc.

• Perform invoices and supporting documentation filing.

• Month End Closing - Prepare & Upload Bank Account Reconciliation to Blackline

• Support Daily cash movement reports

• Monitor cash balance, FX trade/cash transfer to hit target at month end

• Downloading CDF information on SAFE websites, matching DTDF invoices with CDF, providing the CDF information to the bank

• Support accounts payable relevant tasks

              

• Support master data verification and maintenance

• Other duties as assigned by P2P Manager and/or Team Coordinator.

    

  

Qualifications:

  

• Preferable major in finance and accounting fields.
• Good communication and analysis skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
• Good Mandarin and English, both written and oral
• Be flexible to take multi tasks assigned by manager
